1.Management Commitments
The general manager should apply quality
control principle to establishment of quality policies and quality
goals in conformity to goals of the company internally, and set
up, implement and supervise quality control system. The general
manager promises to set up and maintain an effective quality control
system inside the company which aims at realizing customer interests.
This system is suitable for scale and structure of the company.
Its importance is to realize quality goals of the company.
I.Through the following activities, the general manager offers reasons
to his commitments he made establishing and implementing quality
management system and keeping improving its effectiveness.
a£©Communicate importance of satisfying customers and requirements
of laws and regulations to the company£»
b£©Establish quality policies of the company£»
c£©Establish quality goals in conformity to quality policies£»
d£©Conduct management assessment according to planned schedule£»
e£©Ensure acquirement of resources needed.
II.Give reply within 24 hours to quality problems or service items
put forward by customers and get to the spot within 24 hours in
the province and 72 outside the province. For foreign countries,
solution will be made within three days.
2 Customer as Focus of Attention
The general manger holds customers as the
focus of attention. Through the following aspects, he realizes the
goal of increasing customer satisfaction degree and ensuring requirements
of customers confirmed and satisfied.
