     At present, heating and refrigerating system of industrial enterprises and civil facilities are using a large number of water spray attemper and reducer device to reduce pressure and temperature of the steam as that to satisfy demands of thermal equipments and thermal users. Viewed from point of first law of energetics, attemper and reducer device loses no energy, input energy equal to output energy. While viewed from point of second law, it is causing great irreversible loss. Functional ability of the steam decreases largely after attempering and reducing, that is, the value of steam decreases. But steam spray thermal pump is quite on the contrary. It can not only reclaim low-grade steam discharged in vain but also drive spray of steam by right of high pressure, absorb low-pressure steam or condensed steam and increase pressure in mixture to improve its parameter, so as to satisfy requirements of production process, heating and refrigerating.

2¡¢Operational Principle of Steam Spray Thermal Pump
    Operational principle of steam spray thermal pump is using high pressure to drive spray of steam, pump low-pressure steam or condensed steam and improve its parameters to the level needed by the user. We call this kind of device as steam spray thermal pump. Its operational principle is similar to those of steam ejector and water ejector. This kind of thermal pump doesn¡¯t have any moving parts. It has simple structure, reliable operation and can be adjusted automatically. As shown in Chart 1, steam spray thermal pump consists of part parts of nozzle¢Ù, absorbing room¢Ú, blending room¢Û, pressure increasing room¢Ü. Passing through the nozzle driven by high pressure, the steam is insulated and expanded, pressure reducing from PO to Pp£¨Pp is lower than pressure Ph of sprayed steam£©. Due to effect of differential pressure, sprayed low-pressure steam or condensed steam are pump into absorbing room, two flows of steam mixed in blending room and get a pressure of P3. After pressure increasing in the pipe, it reaches pressure Pg needed by the customers.
