e.g., heat power, textile, pharmacy, petroleum, chemical industry
and paper-making, etc. all use steam as power. Due to demands of
production and manufacturing process, enterprises of these trades
always set up steam attemper and reducer device£¨reducer device and
attemper device£©to reduce parameters of high-grade steam to low-grade
steam so as to satisfy needs of production process as well as part
of equipment steam discharging or condensed steam, which should
be discharged in vain for its too low parameters to satisfy demands
of processes or working conditions. It results in great resource
waste and thus causes great equipment power consumption, high cost
and seriously restricts competitive ability of products of the enterprise.
So enterprise benefits are also influenced seriously. If utilizing
steam spray mixer to realize pressure increase of low-pressure steam
for recycle, considerable effect will be obtained and its economic
benefit is quite attractive. For example, Jiangsu Yangzhou Pharmaceutical
Factory Heat Power Plant, installing steam spray mixer designed
and produced by our company, uses high-pressure of 1.7Mpa to drive
the steam£¨absolute pressure, the same below£©£¬sprays and pumps low-pressure
saturated steam of 250¡æ, 0.38Mpa, 141.78¡æ, and mixes it and increases
the pressure to 0.5Mpa, 180¡æ, making full use of lost energy of
0.38Mpa saturated steam. In 4 months¡¯ trial production, it has proven
to have stable operation, noises lower than 70dBA and performance
reaching design requirements. 1Kg high-pressure driven steam can
spray£¨pump£©1.5Kg low-pressure steam, reclaiming 26820t low-pressure
steam annually. This project takes investment of 50,000 Yuan and
gains it back within half an month after running, saving energy
cost of 1.314 million Yuan.£¨calculated as 50t/h£©.
