Catalog of Thermal Control Cabinet of Attemper and Reducer Device

I Purpose
¡õ¡õRKG-¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ model thermal control cabinet of attemper and reducer device is autocontrol device assembled with attemper and reducer£¨or attemper device and reducer device£©, which can conduct autocontrol or manual remote control on board towards attemper and reducer device£¨or attemper device and reducer device£© and enables its secondary parameters £¨temperature and pressure£©to reach requirements of production process. Attemper and reducer device and its thermal control cabinet are widely used in industries of textile, petro-chemistry and power station.

II Application Capabilities
¢ñ.Temperature
1. Reading accuracy of inlet and outlet steam temperature is not less than 1.0 grade£»
2. Recording accuracy of outlet steam temperature is not less than 1.5 grade£»
3. Static difference of temperature adjusting system of outlet steam temperate is not more than 1.5%.
¢ò.Pressure
1.Reading accuracy of inlet and outlet steam pressure is not less than 1.0 grade£»
2.Recording accuracy of outlet steam pressure is not less than 1.5 grade
3.Static difference of pressure adjusting system of outlet steam temperate is not more than 1.0%.
¢ó.Flow
Reading accuracy of steam flow and cooling water flow is not less than 1.5 grade£»
Cumulate calculation accuracy of steam flow and cooling water flow is not less than 1.5 grade.

Setting range of outlet steam temperature and pressure alarming£º
1.Upper limit is 10¡«100% of the full range£»
2.Lower limit is 0¡«90% of the full range.

III Supply Range
Supply range of thermal control cabinet are£º
1.All instruments and electric components installed on instrument panel of thermal control cabinet£¨including adjuster, controller, memorizing meter, shower, flow calculator, signal lamp, power source switch and button etc.£©.
2.All instruments and electric components installed below instrument panel of the thermal control cabinet£¨there are servo amplifier, power source cabinet, distributor and automatic switch etc.£©.
3.All test components installed on spot£¨including thermal couple, remote pressure meter, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, speed equalizer or orifice plate and differential pressure transmitter etc.£©.
4.Executive framework installed on spot£ºelectric performer£¨or pneumatic performer£©.
Customer only needs to add the following installatioin materials£º
1.Interface of thermal couple with specification of M27¡Á2£ºtwo pieces of attemper and reducer device£¨inlet and outlet pipelines each£©£»a piece of reducer device£¨fixed on inlet pipeline£©. Meters of compensation lead of thermal couple£¨graduation number of£ºE£©.
2.Guide pressure lead, interface and needle valve£ºouter diameter of guide pressure pipe ¦Õ14, diameter ¦Õ6¡«¦Õ10£¨subject to value of pressure£©£»interface screw of instrument guide pressure M20¡Á1.5£¨attemper and reducer device, two for reducer device and one for attemper device£©.
3.Connecting lever and pin between performer and lever of adjusting valve£¨specification diverges according to different installation positions£©. It needs two pieces of attemper and reducer device£»or only one for attemper device and reducer device each.
4.Installation tube of temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter£¨with specification of ¦Õ50£©£ºtwo for attemper and reducer device£»and only one for attemper device or reducer device each£¨for additional flow test device£ºone more for DL£»and two more for SL£©. Ground feet bolts M12 of performer installation£»£¨4 for reducer part of attemper and reducer device£©8 for attemper and reducer device£»and only 4 for attemper device or reducer device. And some ground feet bolts of thermal control cabinet installation£¨specification or number can refer to chart I, chart II or chart III£©. Meters of control wire£¨number of electric core cable can refer to chart I, chart III or chart V£©.
IV Ordering Notice
¢ñ¡¢ When ordering please indicate£º
1. Model of thermal control cabinet£»
2. Steam parameters Q, P1, P2, t1, t2 and parameters of cooling water Pb, tb.
3. Color code £¨thermal control cabinet of our factory is generally produced according to international G01 apple green. If customer needs other colors, such as Y01 camel grey color and Y02 pearl color etc, please note in addition£©.
4. Customer who orders additional flow test device needs to offer P2max, P2const, P2min, t2max, t2const and t2min in addition if P2 and t2 need to be changed to improve calculation accuracy in course of use.
¢ò¡¢ If having special requirements, please indicate after negotiation or sign other technical agreement.
V Other
1. Installation and debugging of thermal control cabinet are in the charge of users £¨or installation company£©. If needing our helps on debugging and trial production, debugging expenses should be charged considerably.
2. We also assume research and production of all new types of instrument thermal control cabinet and complete device business of automatic control system of industries of power station, petro-chemistry and textile etc, which can be ally design and processing with offered drawings.
