Attemper Device of Third Generation

Attemper device of third generation consists of control valve, blending pipe, throttle valve, stop valve and check valve etc. Cooling water is sprayed into blending pipe after atomized and achieves the goal of decreasing the temperature of the steam.

3.In course of normal running, noise at 1 meter away from pipe wall is not more than 85dBA.

Attemper device of fourth generation consists of blending pipe, throttle valve, stop valve, check valve and straight travel adjustable nozzle etc. Cooling water is sprayed into blending pipe after atomized and mixed with the steam to achieve the goal of decreasing the temperature of the steam.

Attemper Device of Fifth Generation

£¨I£©Structure Features
Attemper device of fifth generation consists of blending pipe, throttle valve, control valve, stop valve and check valve etc. Cooling water is sprayed into blending pipe after atomized and mixed with the steam to achieve the goal of decreasing the temperature of the steam. Inside the blending pipeline, there is automatic atomization umbrella-shape adjustable nozzle. Cooling water is sprayed into blending pipe. The atomized cooling water absorbs heat from the steam, its temperature increased, vaporized and mixed with steam temperature. Automatic atomization umbrella-shape adjustable nozzle uses active force of cooling water towards nozzle and bounce of the spring to adjust flow area of cooling water of the nozzle.
