It consists of reducer system, attemper system and safety
protection device. Its main features are as follows£º
1.Adopt attemper and reducer valve structure. Temperature and pressure
reducing is finished within the same valve, thus length of the whole
device shortened to 1/2 or so of traditional structure, area coverage
reduced and engineering investment decreased£»
2.Attemper and reducer valve adopts Z-shape single-base sleeve structure
to reduce pressure. It increases adjustable ratio of the flow and
decreases valve leakage£» Inside the valve, there is throttle hole
set£¨mesh cover£© to increase reducing range and avoid direct spray
of cooling water on the valve body, thus protecting it and lengthening
use life of the valve;
3.Inside the attemper and reducer valve, there is automatic atomization
umbrella-shape adjustable nozzle set. It satisfies needs of greatly
changed working condition and atomization effect is improved largely£»
4.Temperature adjustment system adopts water control valve of high
differential pressure, which not only reduces leakage inside but
also spares recycle water branch of water distribution valve of
the device¡¯s traditional system, facilitating overall arrangement
of the device£»
5.Water control valve of high differential pressure of the same
caliper has different value of flow coefficient Cv for selection,
which greatly improves adjustment sensitivity and accuracy of temperature
adjusting system£»
6.Travel executive framework is assembled for attemper and reducer
valve and water control valve. It gets rid of traditional lever
gemel framework, reduces empty travel of intermediate link and further
improves sensitivity and accuracy of adjusting system.
