The third generation WY series
attemper and reducer device is designed by our company on basis
of years¡¯ design and manufacture experience and absorption of advanced
product structure of foreign countries and after technical optimization.
It consists of reducer system£¨attemper &
reducer valve and throttle plate etc.£©, attemper system£¨water control
valve of high differential pressure and throttle valve etc£© and
safety protection device£¨safety valve and check valve£©. Its main
features are as follows£º
1.Adopt attemper and reducer valve to shorten length of the whole
device, reduce space occupation and decrease engineering investment.
2.Inside attemper and reducer valve, there is throttle mesh cover
set to increase atomization effect of cooling water. It protects
valve base and valve body, prolong use life of the valve and at
the same decreases noise of the device.
3.Temperature adjustment system adopts water control valve of high
differential pressure, which not only reduces leakage inside but
also spares recycle water branch of water distribution valve of
the device¡¯s traditional system, facilitating overall arrangement
of the device.
4.Water control valve of high differential pressure of the same
caliper has different value of flow coefficient Cv for selection,
which greatly improves adjustment sensitivity and accuracy of temperature
adjusting system.
5.Travel executive framework is assembled for attemper and reducer
valve and water control valve. It gets rid of traditional lever
gemel framework, reduces empty travel of intermediate link and further
improves sensitivity and accuracy of adjusting system.
6.Pneumatic membrane executive frame is assembled for attemper and
reducer valve and water control valve. It satisfies demands of special
customers and has advantage of making full use of resources.

In course of normal running, at 1 meter of lower end of attemper
and reducer valve, and also 1 meter away from pipe wall, noise grade
is not more than 85 db.
